When starting up Q-Xpress, I get a message saying this:
Run-time error '-2147024770 (8007007e)':
Automation error The specified module could not be found.
It then opens up Q-Xpress, but will not do anything.
EDIT:The debug log shows nothing, so it would be pointless to upload it.

Run time error '372': Failed to load control 'SSTab' from the TABCTL32.OCX. Your version of TABCTL32.OCX may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.

Install 1.0.88 from http://www.delphster.net/QXpressSetup.zip, then install 1.1.4 over the top. Should fix the problem.

I've tried the new Q-xpress, it seems to have downloaded fine; then I try to download using it and I get a run error report 5. I read the other posts and tried downloading the 1.088 first but I never could get that program to download right. Have any ideas what I can do ? I really like this program ; in the past it enabled me to get items I could never get before. Thanks, Chrispy10.

1.088 says I don't have enough memory; but I have checked that and I do. I've tried to Retry and its only when I hit Ignore that it finishes and says it successfully was downloaded. Then when I try to use it I get run error 5 or invoke error 5 or 77 without permission. When I read the forums on problems with this version, Delphy had said for them to use the old one; I did and it worked; except for having to reload everything once I left the site and having to end task on all the Qxpress that I used to download from site.

The idea is, as I have said in other posts, to download and install 1.0.88 and then immediately install 1.1.4 over the top, as opposed to getting 1.0.88 to work.
Did you try deleting your history.dat, history.xml, queue.dat and queue.xml?

kidwizz,
I'd need to see the debug.log
Asparagus,
Are you using the latest version? If so, zip up your queue.dat (if you have it), your queue.xml, your history.dat and your history.xml and attach them to your next post please.
If you aren't using the latest version, then please upgrade.

Okay Delphy. I use 1.4.4 and some files (not all) are dumped to C:/ instead at the usual folder. This log is from the latest downloads, which were also dumped at C:/
