why dont i see the Q when i go to the download page anyone have a idea

I am also having this same problem.
Yesterday the Q was still there, but it wouldn't let any downloads into my game. Today when I tried to download content the Q was gone and still I cannot download anything.
Maybe this is a simple thing that can be solved, I hope so.
Thanks for any help.

Same here. I came to download stuff after a month of not downloading and I thought, oh great, the only way I could download something on to sims ever is gone!!!!

Bring it back please!  Smiley
