I see that it has a "partial" Win XP look to it because you used the Common Controls 6.  I will be changing this to Common Controls 5 so that the progress bars and tabs look correct on XP and Vista.  Also, I'm going to alter the download folders to the (User Profiles)\App Data\Q-Xpress so that Vista will stop complaining.

I'm thinking of figuring out how to write an updater for Q-Xpress and possibly porting it to VB 2005 (the free Express edition)

I'm also trying to convert it with VB 2005 Express!
