Hey guys, I really need help with this. I tried everything I could find on here that could possibly help me with this problem. I'v had version 1.1.9 since it came out and it worked fine until 3 weeks ago ( I've been really busy with classes).

The debug.log shows that the item you tried to download didn't get saved to the queue properly, is this correct?
Have you only tried this with one download? Does it work with others?

Ah, apologies, I misread a line in your original debug.log.

When exactly does the error occur? When you hit install?

I get the same error. It occurs when I queue more than 1 set of files for example if I were to download a skintone from one forum page and a hair mesh from another forum page. Works fine w/ each page is installed seperately.

I'm getting this error too. Whenever I try and install any local file, the instant I click Install, the Installation Report window comes up with nothing at all in the Filename column and one entry, "380: Invalid property value", in the error column.
This happens with each local install I do, whether it's installing one package file or several. The presence of subfolders in the selected folder doesn't make a difference either.

It is also still happening after removing the queue.xml and history.xml files and everything in the "downloads" and "temp" folders, as suggested in the 'How to fix your Q-Xpress installer' thread.

I have the same problem with the local installs. I have a ton of stuff I want to put in the game, but I can't because of this error... How do you fix this?

Unfortunately, I'm experiencing the same exact problem as you are. It's extremely frustrating, and I've also done everything I can think of to try and fix it. It's really odd though, because when I go to C:\Program Files\ModTheSims2.com, there is no Q-Xpress file there. So I can't post my debug log. Ack. ><;

Edit: I doubt this will help anyone else, but...I tried installing the files manually by dragging them to C:\Documents and Settings\MyNameHere\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads. They worked just fine in game, so I went on another downloading spree. Oddly enough, Local Install works just fine now. o.O

I'm posting here as this problem is driving me up the wall, and it seems to be similar to everyone else on this thread, i'm trying to install custom content and keep getting the 380:invalid propert value message...
Also, i don't seem to have the history.xml or temp.xml files in my Q xpress folder.
